General conditions
Entry: From 11am. You have to tell the accommodation in advance what time you will arrive.
Departure: until 12 noon. If you want to check out later, you can do it at low cost.
Minimum stay: 2 nights.
Refundable Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 300 euros will be required on arrival. It will be done in cash. The deposit will be returned by transfer once the accommodation has been fully reviewed.
Children’s beds: Children of any age can be accommodated. There are no cots or extra beds available.
Age restriction: Minimum age for check-in: 18 years old
Smokers / Non-smokers: You cannot smoke inside the house.
Parties: No parties or events can be held.
Guests receive a rental agreement , which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.

How much does it cost to stay at Chalet Alcotán 34?
Accommodation prices vary depending on the number of nights the chalet is rented. The first two nights are priced at 700 euros/night. If you rent more than three nights the price is 600 euros/night.
Taking into account that the accommodation is for a maximum of 12 people, the price of the accommodation is approximately 59 euros/person/night.
How many people can stay at Chalet Alcotán 34?
The Chalet can accommodate a maximum of 12 people, between adults and children.
The layout of the bedrooms is:
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds
- Bedroom 4: 1 double bed
- Bedroom 5: 1 double bed
- Bedroom 6: 1 double bed
Is there a pool in the accommodation?
Yes, the villa has a private pool. Being private, it does NOT have a lifeguard service.
Pets Allowed?
Pets are allowed to stay in the house, as long as they are in the garden or in the garage of the house. It is expressly prohibited that they access the interior of it.

Can the reservation be cancelled?
- Cancellation 15 days prior to arrival: full refund.
- Up to 10 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- With less than 10 days to enter: no more refunds.

Reservation process
The steps you must follow to reserve Chalet Alcotán 34 are as follows:
- Check the availability calendar to see if the dates you are interested in are free.
- Choose the dates you want to come and stay at Alcotán 34 in the search engine: Remember that the minimum stay is two nights.
- Once the dates have been selected, the page will redirect you to the “ RESERVATIONS ” section.
- On the next page, fill in all the information as accurately as possible.
- Accept the terms and conditions and click on booking.
- To confirm the reservation, you must make a card payment of a deposit of 400 euros.
- One week before the entrance to Alcotán 34, we will contact you to formalize the rest of the reservation.
